Comfortable studio apartment 28sqm, views over Seine river and Trocadéro, accommodation : from 02 to 04 people, a few feet away from the Eiffel Tower. Old apartment building, very secure, door entry system, intercom, on 3rd floor with elevator, fan, air conditioner, includes : a main room with wardrobe with pull out double bed for 2 persons, 2 armchairs convertible into 02 single beds, telephone, TV with international channels and Internet access ADSL, kitchen area fully-equipped with hotplates, fridge, oven, microwaves, dishes and all its appliances, washing-machine dryer, bathrom with shower with WC, hairdryer, linen (sheets, blankets, dish cloth, towels). Supermarket at 200 meters (Bld de Grenelle) and open market every wednesday and sunday at 300 meters (Bld de Grenelle). Metro station Bir Hakeim at 100 meters (5 stops from Etoile/Avenue des Champs Elysées). Taxi station and bus stop at 150 meters. Pubblic car park at 300 meters or behind the building, parking is free of charge and the area is very secure as there is the building of Interior Ministery. Extra charge : 200 Euros per week for occupation 03 to 04 people.
