02 room apartment (01 bedroom), on 3rd floor in a former building, main door with code entry system, accommodation : 02 to 06 people, includes : an entrance, a living-room with a 02 sofabed for 04 people, TV, international channels, Internet access (ADSL), mini system, DVD drive, telephone, fan, a bedroom with large double bed, a fully equipped open kitchen with breakfast bar, a bathroom with shower and WC. Shopping facilities, open market on Place Monge, close to the famous "rue Mouffetard" with its restaurants and animations, Parisian bistrots, metro station, bus stops, taxi stations, Jussieu University ... Linen and towels provided. Extra charge : 200 Euros per week for occupation from 05 to 06 people.

Close to shops, open market on Place Monge, at 5 minutes walk to the famous "Rue Mouffetard", its restaurants and night attractions, near metro station, bus stop, taxi station, Panthéon, Notre Dame and the Seine river edges are located at 10 minutes walk.
