Large 3/4 room apartement in a luxury building, with air conditioner movable, at 80 meters from avenue des Champs Elysées, accommodation : 4 to 8 people, safe and quiet building with caretaker, code entry system, videophone, intercom, apartment on 2nd floor with elevator, an entrance, a double living-room with TV and international channels, Internet access (ADSL), telephone, mini system, 2 leather sofabeds, 2 large wardrobes, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and WC (hairdryer), a fully-equipped kitchen : fridge, freezer, hotplate, oven, dishwasher, dishes and all its aplliances. Linens (towels, sheets, duvets, dish clothes). Washing machine with dryer and cloth dryer and a stand fan. Floor is covered with parquet and tiles, a lot of cupboards and wardrobes, iron, ironing board and vacuum-cleaner. Pubblic car park at 200 meters. Bus and Taxi station at 100 meters, metro station Georges V (line 1) at 200 meters and metro station Etoile at 10 Minutes walk lines 1,2,6 with RER line A. Supermarket at 400 meters on the Avenue des Champs Elysées open late at night (10:00 PM) and a lot of shops. Extra charge : 250 Euros per week for occupation from 05 to 08 people.
