Large 2 room apartment in a luxury building, with a movable air conditioner, at 80 meters from avenue des Champs Elysées, accommodation : 4 to 6 people, building with caretaker, video for the security and entrycode, on 2nd floor with elevator, brightness, quiet, hall with video entryphone and interphone, a double living-room with TV and international channels, accès Internet (ADSL), telephone, 2 leather sofabeds, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, a bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, a WC, a fully-equipped kitchen : fridge, freezer, hotplate, oven, dish washer, dishes and all its appliances. Linen (towels, sheets, duvets, dish clothes). Washing machine with dryer and cloth dryer. Floor is covered with parquet and tiles, A lot of cupboards and wardrobes, iron, ironing board and vacuum-cleaner. Pubblic car park at 200 meters. Bus and Taxi station at 100 meters, metro station Georges V line 1 and metro station Etoile lines 1,2,6 with RER line A at 10 minutes walk.
